I had a first on my flight from Orlando to Long Island. On Southwest they line everyone up into the three lines and then the pre-boards. Usually there are not that many pre-boards. Pre-boards are anyone with a passenger under the age of five or anyone with mobility issues. For the first time that I have ever seen, the pre-board line was longer than any other line. That’s right over 25% of our airplane pre-boarded. And of course I got stuck with the screaming child in front of me. (Photo coming soon…of the line not the screaming child).
